Can you find someone else to pick on? My Mother was near-death sick, and I was out of town by her bedside for 2 weeks, and came home to 3 dozen refugee reports. I'm trying to rebuild and enjoy the game, but can't as long as you're plundering my resources. I'd really appreciate it.
